Hope For Animals wouldn't exist without the passionate individuals who fuel our mission. It all started with Melodee Tan, whose profound loss of three beloved dogs to a preventable illness ignited a fiery determination. Fuelled by grief and a lack of support, she launched HFA in 2012, vowing to ensure no pet owner walks alone.
From humble beginnings, Melodee called upon her graphic skills and the unwavering support of friends and newfound allies. This collective passion blossomed into a dedicated team, united not just by a love for animals, but by the profound bond forged through friendship and a shared mission.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors, hailing from diverse industries, lend their expertise and guidance, propelling HFA's growth and impact. Each member, a seasoned volunteer dating back to 2016 or as recent as 2022, brings unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions.
Communities
Community building lies at the heart of HFA, reflected in our dynamic committees. The Events Committee orchestrates heart-warming gatherings, the Artist Committee crafts visual magic, and the New Media Committee amplifies our voice across the digital landscape.
